These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) define the terms governing the sale of products by Instant Cosmetics by Phasilab (hereafter “the Seller”) to professional customers (hereafter “the Customer”). By confirming an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GCS without reservation.
1. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros (€), excluding VAT and shipping costs.
Shipping costs and VAT will be calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
Prices are subject to change but are guaranteed at the time of order validation.
2. Orders
Orders are placed on our website by adding products to the cart and confirming the selection.
By confirming an order, the Customer accepts the GCS, the product details (quantities, characteristics, delivery terms), and the prices.
Orders are final once confirmed by the Customer.
3. Payment
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer. Payment by check or cash is not accepted. Should you need to pay by Credit card, PayPal, please contact us.
The Customer guarantees the validity of the payment method used. In case of payment refusal or failure, the order may be suspended or canceled.
Invoices will be sent to the Customer via email.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout. PO boxes and temporary addresses (e.g., hotels) are not accepted.
Delivery costs and estimated times are displayed before order confirmation.
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for damaged or defective goods within 7 days of delivery. The Customer must contact the Seller to arrange the return.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns of opened or damaged products will not be accepted unless the damage is due to a defect.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Liability
The Seller’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
The Seller is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or errors in website functionality or order processing due to force majeure.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Instant Cosmetics by Phasilab and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These GCS are governed by French law.
Any disputes arising from the GCS will first be submitted to amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the competent French courts.
9. Archiving and Proof
Orders and invoices are archived for a period of 3 years. Customers may request access to their archived documents by contacting Customer Service.
